How to generate these episodes applications Scaffold used by Chris?

I would like to know if there is any guide that shows how to generate this initial Scaffold of the application (with device, gravatar, bootstrap, all configured to start a new project quickly), like those used by Chris on the episodes.

It's still a work in progress, but let me upload it and share it for you. I know several other people have asked and I just never really felt it was ready enough to share, but then anyone can help fix bugs. :)
