I don't feel comfortable not compressing all my files into a single minified package. It's strange to expect all my JS files to be so explicit for anyone to read and copy. I prefer to continue using esbuild.

I had a real fight on my hands a month or two ago making them work with engines (then saw you put a video up, Chris!) It does seem the asset pipeline docs really could do with an update and point you down either an importmaps/propshaft OR sprockets/etc route.
