I am creating my e commerce using solidus. In the admin backend, I pload products but then they are not reflected in the frontend...anyone who has come accross this?

I also encountered the same situation.

It sounds like you're encountering a common issue when working with Solidus, an open-source e-commerce platform.

It sounds like there might be an issue with the product visibility or publishing settings. Make sure the products are marked as available and visible on the storefront. Also, check if the products are assigned to the correct taxonomies or categories and ensure any caching is cleared.

I have the same problem.

It seems like you're facing a common challenge with Solidus, where products uploaded in the admin backend don't reflect on the frontend. Troubleshooting this discrepancy can involve checking your database connections, ensuring proper configurations, or investigating caching issues. In my experience, such issues often stem from data synchronization delays or improper indexing. Have you explored these areas yet? Remember, troubleshooting can be iterative but rewarding once you identify and resolve the root cause. If you need further assistance, communities like Snow Rider might offer valuable insights from developers who have tackled similar Solidus issues.

I just checked and it is true that the data has not been synchronized, thank you for the reminder, perhaps the problem has been fixed.

okay got it

Quick things to check:

Availability date: Make sure Available On is set to a past date (or blank). Future dates won’t show on the frontend.

Active status: Ensure the product is active.

Stock: The product must have stock (or backorders enabled).

Store association: Confirm the product is associated with the correct store.

Taxons / categories: If your frontend lists products via taxons, make sure the product is assigned to one.

Caching: Restart the server / clear cache if using caching.

In most cases, it’s the Available On date or store association causing the issue.
