I think Hey is deployed on kubernetes. I wonder what the BaseCamp Dockerfile looks like?

+1 for a Docker screencast. It would be good to explore multi-stage builds to separate gem compilation and yarn installation. Its also not clear to me yet whether we need node_modules in production - may depend on whether you're using webpacker or asset pipeline (or a combination of both).
