Regular emails went fine, but texts just vanished. Turned out the carrier’s gateway was silently rejecting messages from my o365 relay because of SPF alignment. I fixed it by setting a proper return-path and sender policy. Around that time, I switched part of my messaging setup to https://telxi.com for SIP and SMS routing — way fewer delivery quirks after that.
