2 Changes:
Rails V7 -> V8 (first_or_initialize is now find_or_create_by and it takes params)
Tailwind V3 -> V4 (legacy plugins can be accessed still with @plugin tag in stylesheet, I think they have plans to make these available some other way idk yet)
