Your Teacher
Chris Oliver
Hi, I'm Chris. I'm the creator of GoRails, Hatchbox.io and Jumpstart. I spend my time creating tutorials and tools to help Ruby on Rails developers build apps better and faster.
About This Episode
Configuring servers can be tricky, but it's much easier using drop-in configs so you're not editing files that could change across versions or environments.
Notes
I've been refactoring some Hatchbox.io internals to use Linux drop-in configs as much as possible. If you hand-configure a server, you'll probably edit config files but drop-in configs are much better for automation.
